Attention (ADHD) (Adult)

We offer testing and assessment for adult attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder (A-ADHD). ADHD is classified as a neurodevelopmental disorder, and is often first noticed in infancy, childhood or adolescence. High functioning can sometimes mask the presentation, causing people to struggle through childhood into adolescence or even adulthood, without identifying ADHD as a significant contributor to difficulties in school, career, and relationships. People with ADHD show a persistent pattern of hyperactivity and impulsivity and/or significant difficulties with attention.

Diagnosing ADHD should not be taken lightly, and we engage in a a complete battery of testing. The tests include an initial screening tool, followed by a structured interview, and ends with a performance test.

Once a diagnosis is established, we can discuss and engage in different options for treatment. We offer short wait times as we understand clients are often eager to get started as soon as possible.
