Alice Schittek,

Ph.D.

I am a clinical and intercultural psychologist dedicated to helping individuals improve their well-being by focusing both on the person and the environment they are part of. I specialize in stress-related issues, particularly anxiety and burnout, and I believe that the most sustainable outcomes often come from working on both individual coping strategies and the surrounding system.

I primarily work with adults, but I also offer therapy for couples and families.
